Processing:	manual harvesting, 50 % comes from the actual harvesting, 50 % from the previous one.
Ageing:	18 months in the small barrels of the French oak (100 %)
Alcohol:	14 %
Colour:	dark red
Bouquet:	intense smell of the red fruits, sour cherries and black currant, with the hints of coffee, vanilla, cinnamon and clove
Taste:	full body, delicious tannins, fruity taste with the smoky tints, long elegant finish. Temperatura recomended for consumption is 16-18 °C.
